We’ve somehow reached the tenth month of the year. We can debate how this might be the best month of the year. It’s getting dark earlier, there’s a chill in the air, leaves are falling, Halloween films are on repeat, there’s a 12-ft skeleton that exists to decorate your lawn, the list goes on. This song instantly transports me back to the festival, where I was lucky enough to attend, surrounded by hundreds of strangers hearing new music and watching new bands coalesce right before our eyes. It’s an experience I’ll carry with me always. ”

“I am no stranger to having bad things on my mind and feeling like I need help to be lifted up, so this song speaks to me on many levels. I love how the mixture of honky-tonk piano with the super charged electric guitar makes it feel like such a moody, gospel, garage rock oriented track. You want to dance, but when you listen to the lyrics you can’t help but relate.”
